permenant pimple nose tip

Hey, im just an ordinary 16 year old. I had an pimple on the tip of my nose and i squeezed it to get rid of it and i kept squeezing very hard and a bit of blood like a tiny speck came out.
After that day ever since i have a little bright red dot where the pimple was and is very annoying and ugly. Please anyone help me??

Okay how do i get these psorinum 200??Also how reliable are these tablet things? Also if i went to the family doctor and got it freezed/iced off with liquid nitrogen would that work?(i haven't seen him yet)
