Urgent: Tooth Decay in toddler

Hello Experts,

i need an urgent advice on tooth decay for my 3 year old toddler. His 4 front teeth have completely changed the color and have gone black in color. they have shredded and now come to the size of gums only while the canine n molars are fine. Also some times he is getting pus from the teeth. we consulted many predo-dentists but everyone suggesting for root canal treatment. Please let me know if there is any treatment for this in homeopathy? its really urgent!

Please give him Merc Sol 30 twice a day for 10 days and see how that affects.

One dose means 2 pills.
