one dose = 4 drops liquid remedy directly on tounge.. use dropper or plastic droper bottle

Hi,
I took nux vom for 5 days with no improvement.
Have started taking Bio 6.
If I compare my cold issues, I can say that 50% improvement is there in sneezing/running nose. But still lot of watery cough is coming out which is a concern.
Pls suggest something for gastric issues.

just start takimg 9 leaf of tulsi (holy basil).. chew it In morning empty stomach and while chewing just take 1 teaspoon full honey..

early morning after brush
take tulsi leaf and Honey
after 10 minutes you can have your breakfast
bio 6
3 times a day
iris versicolor 30c
once in a day only u need keep 1-2 hour gape bettwen bio 6 and Iris

it will be good if you start pranyam (patanjali baba ramdev yoga) for 3 months.. then your entire system will be perfect and once digestion will fine you can go to gym.. now you can do morning walk..

Hi,
I m taking Irisand bio 6/ tulsi leaf with honey.
I cant see any difference using Iris.
Cold symptoms have started to come like running nose and sneezing.
Summer is already arrived still having these issues.
Pls suggest.

Hi
Gastric issue is a bit less say 10 % , but I m also taking jeera,Ajwain,rock salt powder after food. So cant say but not any such changes in gastric issues. If u suggest I can continue Irisfor some more days.

I think aller aide has suited me best amongst all the medicine.
What do u suggest/Think
