Need remedy baby with reflux

Hi my daughter is 3 month and has been on nat phos since 1 month. She was doing great and on and off has been now having fits of silent reflux or what seems like between 7 and 10pm. She is gear all day otherwise. Is sleeping through the night has a good appetite and eats 5 oz every 4 hours. I also have her on probiotic. Should I continue nat phos for her silent reflux and maybe add something for these tantrums of not wanting to stay down between 7 and 10pm? I added nux vomica 4 days ago for a flare up she had and she was an angel when I did but then she was fine in 3 days so I stopped giving it bc I heard after 3 days of remedy of 30c works to stop it. Or do you suggest lycopodium??

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vomica 30 or Pulsatilla 30 are enough. There is no need to give the remedy continuously. But the remedy may be repeated on need. The remedy will stop working after 3 days is not true.
