Urgent Dosage question--abcess

1/26/05 3:10 p.m. Abcess under cuticle of fingernail. This area is red and swelling. I took 5 Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum 6C pellets 8.5 hr. ago. Swelling has increased and area around cuticle where pus is forming(can't see pus yet) is puffy. Should I increase dosage? Is increasing homeopathic dosage to decrease the # of pellets as I have heard? This is confusing!

Is there any other hopeopathic reccommended for this situation?

A prompt response is very much appreciated. Many Thanks!!!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Barring unforseen circs you should be on the right track.

Do NOT take any more Hep Sul wait at least anoter 2 days --- the remedy works at its own pace .
If the problem persists get some Silica 3x and take 5 pellets .

BUT if you get from this site watch out for the spelling of Silica make sure you get the mineral -- NOT the plant variety.

The plant variety is Silica Maritima -- do NOT use that one

MANY THANKS for your reply, walkin.

On another note, I've heard that to increase a homeopathic dosage, I should decrease the # of pellets-- like "less is more". Is this true?
