New rescued fearful dog needs helpA neuter male, 3 years old, American Eskimo mix.
We adopted him from the local animal shelter 2.5 months ago.
He was from a household which had total 25 dogs.
According to his med. record from the shelter, he had 2 punch wounds on his ear, I think it was caused by dog fighting.
He is sweet with all family members including another dog.
As long as he is not in fearful condition, he is a very behaved.
After working on him 2.5 months, he walks on leash well and
can pass by on-leash dogs with some distance.
He has both sound and visual fear. He is so terrified of his own reflection and animal on the TV. His reaction is baking and wants to fight. I really worry about his visual fear because it makes him become more aggressively.
Any remedy suggestion will be appreciated.
