Insomnia and tingling in arms and legs ......

I wake up after about 6 hours of solid sleep...however I can't get back to sleep after that, which is not normal. I normally get 9 hours. While in the process of getting back to sleep....I get a tingling sensation in my legs and arms. I am having mild anxiety symptoms.....am taking Ars Alb 6c per doctor.

Anything to take?

You are currently handling my case...but I was wondering if there is anything for insomnia in my case. Being tired is making my symptoms worse. Should I take Nux Vom for insomnia. I currently took Ars Alb 6c per your recommendation. I am sleepy on going to bed, but get up about after 5 hours of sleep and have trouble going back to sleep. Mornings are my worst time of day, especially after distrubed night. Can I drink coffee or will that antidote it? Thanks
