"Hematocele" might have abcess around blood clot

Thanks a lot Nawaz sir for taking my case. Please help me in the below case :

1. Age : 26
2. Male or Female or other : Male
3. Single/Married : Single
4. weight : 67 kg
5. Height : 5'10''
6. country : India
7. climate : Cold
8. List of your complaints : Right testicle swollen, hematocele/hydrocele with abcess/ painful while pressed down there, fear of affecting left testicle (Q. Can it cause harm/shrink to it ?? how to avoid it ?)

9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint : around 1 year

10. Diabetic or non-Diabetic : Non
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt : sweet/salt
12. Thirst : normal
13. Tongue and Taste : nomal salt/not much sweet
14. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine) : normal

15. One situation that had a big effect on you? : might be due to playing, sitting on a steel rod blunt might have twisted and hurt myself didnot get that feeling back then but started feeling change down there after that only.

16. Important Question.
Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past?
Arnica 30C for 2 days and wait for 15 days : doing this for last 40 days

17. Educational Qualifications of the patient : Engg.
18. Nature of work, what do you do for living? : Corporate, Sitting mostly

19. Important Question.
Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, : overthinking on simple things, taking small issues to heart
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections. : active in various activities and sports

20. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g
Pus, urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc. : normal, last few days urine flow is slow

Can it be cured, just want to live normal life as before, very concerned, or surgery is the last hope here ? Please help.

Thanks for being here to support all the patients.

Took the Lycopodium as mentioned, for two weeks.

I hope there's some improvement, but size is not reducing.
I feel a bit relaxed, but size is still worrying me from inside.

Please suggest what should I do next ??

Sorry, didn't mean to give late replies, was travelling last 2-3 days.

I am still worried on the condition. Sometimes it feels it will cure the condition, but most of the times i dont feel good.
Size is almost the same, but in relaxed state it feels some improvement.
Can you please help me, if Lycopodium can cure this condition ? Or this was just a preventive measure for some other reaction ?

Get a pinch type feeling on left side sometimes, dont know what to expect.

Please consider and sorry will give upadtes regularly.

Can I take pills, as the liquid medicine is not available in limited quantity.

Please suggest the dosage for the pills, and if it would work for the same.

Hello Dr. Nawaz,

Took the Ruta 200 C in liquid form as suggested.

Change in size is not significant/ easily visible.
But getting a positive feeling, it is improving.

Sorry for delay, but wanted to get hold of liquid medicine, now I have a trusted source and would get the medicine easily.

Also, i have bought Arnica 200c, please suggest its dosage.

Current mind : now not so worried about the condition, i feel comfortable, but yes the size is almost the same.

Physical symptoms : Getting good sleep, earlier was worried about the condition. Can handle little pressure now, earlier could not handle pressure before going toilet.

Please suggest which medicine i should take next and its dosage ?

I have lycopodium 200c bottle as well.

Bad feeling as in :
The swelling will never reduce/ seems size has increased, and will have to go for operation.
I have read that even after operation the hydrocele/swelling doesn't go away completely and infection also comes up.
Dont want to go down that road.
Please help

Took the medicine as instructed by you. Some improvement in comfortableness is there.

One of my local guardian told me to take Acid Oxalic 200, as the swelling is little hard.

Can you please advice me which medicine should I take next ??

Size is almost same, which is still worrying me and my parents.
