cannot sleep due to uncontrollable different stressful thoughts.please help

Hello doctor
Please please help to my sleepless nights. I get so many thoughts,worries and I get so much of fear and I cannot sleep due to these different thoughts

I have been with so.some health issues past yrs.now aftr taking homeo med I am feeling better. But exactly when I try to sleep I am afraid that I may b having the issues again in my body or I wil be attacked by other health issues. I have so much fear when it try to sleep.also I am afraid that I won't live happy life etc etx...m very much depressed and I cant sleep properly for three nights. Please anyone help me please..

Becoz of not sleep I get so much pitham vomit in the morning and I can't eat food properly.i vomit day through.
without sleep no proper fud or no interest in life to live

I finaly feel due to stress I shud die. Don't know y I think al these that it shud not live and I feel am unhappy in my life when I compare other people in my life.
