hi i am 30 yrs old male suffering from erectile dysfunction can u plz help i took many medicines homeopathy also but a little improvement i masturbate regularly but very emmotional and stress is also in my life my wight is 88 and height is 5.10" blood pressure level 110/60 morning erections are normal even i canot maintain erection in foreplay no feelings and also premature ejeculation my penis head is so sensitive and it getting dark,,, pain in right testicle and pain in nerve of penis (but sometimes not regular )may b it is bcoz of masturbation no smoking alchohal taking occasionally but use tobacco
