Sperms mix with Urine making me weak & dead
I am Male, 35, 65Kg. 5'5".since last 18 years I suffer strange problem.
my sperms mix with urine & is beinglost.
due to this I have zero errection, lost all meat from my body structure, extremely weak.
my sperms is like water, as long as think of sex, i get water like wetness.
no thickness, no erection, no confidence.
plz help......
