Nat Sulph for liver congestion...

Hi, I've been taking nat sulph for liver congestion as I suffer from allergies, multiple food intolerances, digestive problems, and liver congestion (diagnosed by a naturopath). I've been taking it for one week at 2 doses per day of 30c, except yesterday and the day before where I began to feel not so good, so only took one dose. However I have been feel much clearer and feel as though it's working.

But I think not feeling well may be an aggravation as I started to get headaches and allergy symptoms similar to when I react to certain foods (which I wasn't eating).

It continued yesterday and I also felt very achy and flu like, so I decided not to take anymore. I feel like I may have initiated my liver to detox and I know once you start to feel like the remedy is working you should slow down or stop. Apart from feel yuck, I do feel much clearer and just different in a good way. I'm not sure if I should stop altogether or just slow down, does anyone have any thoughts? I don't want to stop before my liver has finished detoxing but I don't want to go overboard. Thanks :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am glad that Nat sulph has worked good for you. As a rule of thumb, if a medicine has acted good, it should NOT be repeated until you see a clear cut return of the symptoms. Another rule is "if there is return of old symptoms, it means that the medicine is working and repetition should be avoided at this stage."

So, my advise would be "Not to repeat the medicine" if you are already seeing improvements.

Write me if there is any doubt.

Thanks for the reply. I'm definitely feeling an improvement and experiencing old symptoms. I haven't taken a dose since the day before yesterday. I'm still having mild symptoms, but not as bad as yesterday. Even though I'm experiencing old symptoms they're not the complete symptoms I normally get. I'm getting the sinus problems and headaches, but instead of feeling foggy and tired I feel clear and have more energy. So I won't take anymore, good old nat sulph :)
