Spinal cord tumor

I underwent surgery for Spinal cord tumor but surgeon done for 10% only, hence is there any treatment for Spinal cord tumor (biopsy report says it is dermoid cyst but MRI scan says lipoma) and also I am having slight cervical spondolysis, Please give me the homeopathy solution.
