Nerve Pain after Blood Clot

My cat had a blood clot in her right front shoulder/leg in late December. We immediately began using Arnica 30c and the vet was impressed with how quickly she could walk again. After a while Arnica did not seem to help.

My cat can walk with a limp, but has residual nerve pain in that shoulder/leg. She has some jerking and twitching and when it is bothering her, she will lay with her head up and pulled back. It tends to be worse in the evenings.

Can someone please help with a remedy that can help her with pain and restore function to this leg/shoulder??

I am relatively new to homeopathy and a novice, so dosing instructions would be helpful too.

Arnica is good remedy now please enhance its potency upto 200c two doses per day

Dr. Mahfooz, thank you for your kind reply. I will try Arnica 200c.

I am new to homeopathy, but if a remedy is working well, then doesn't seem to work as well anymore, is that an indication to increase the potency?
