Suggest remedy for general and sexual weakness.

I am 30 years old, skinny and under weight.

My problem is weakness, no matter how good food i eat my weight does not increase.
This is not a new problem, i am skinny since my childhood, but after the age of 18 i started to have some other issues like muscle weakness, fatigue , acidity etc.

Stomach:
I have acidity problem, but if i do not eat spicy food than its ok , i usually avoid eating anything that can cause this, but some times i start having acidity problem even eating normal food.
my appetite is not so good.

Sexual problems :

I have spermatorrhoea problem, sometimes after or before urination milky white fluid comes out of penis.
I have been using some herbel medicine since many years, which claim to cure spermatorea, improve sexual ability , help digestion/acidity etc and also general weakness, as a result i feel better if i keep using these medicines. if i stop using than i become very weak, there will be black circles below my eyes, face will become dull, i will feel tired and weak, specially after masturation these problems get severe.

I used to have normal nightfall few years ago, but now i dont get nightfalls for many months, i do not remember when i had a last nightfall, erection is not so strong , i am not married but i masturbate almost twice a week.


Now i also have lower back pain but its not severe. If i use any medicine to improve sexual ability and stop masturbation than i get relief from back pain.

Please advise me, i want to improve my general health and also my sexual problems, because i am getting married soon.
