Knee Tibia fracture

2 weeks ago I had a fall and had a 2mm depression in the tibia and small fractures. Doctor has put me in braces, so my leg doesn't move sideways from the knee.
I have no pain but can't put weight on the leg. Doctor has told me no load on right foot for 6 weeks.
I don't have anyother disease and am 47 years old.
I've started taking 5 drops of Symphytum 30C twice a day. Is that correct dosage?
Should I take anything more?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl take
1. Symphytum-Q (mother tincture) 5 drops in 2 teaspoon water twice a day. (in place of Symphytum-30c)
2. calc Phos-12x 3 pallets twice a day
PL keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
