external bleeding piles

i am suffereing from bleeding pilessince 2011. initially internal bleeding without any pain but after allopathic and ayurvedic treatment these are now external bleeding piles without pain. the piles are on the right side of the rectum and can be pushed back inside rectum after passing stools. there was profuse bleeding in october and i took medicine from a homeopath in chandigarh (liquid 10-15 drops twicw a day, two tablets thrice a day, 4 pills thrice a day, names unknown). The bleeding stopped after 15 days but i found a lot of discomfort in my stomack- it became hard as a stone, there was a feeling of intestines being pulled, loooots of wind passing through, stools being forced out rather than comimg out normally, loss of appetite, wait gain of 3 kgs, no real urge to pass stool in the morning, have to sit for 15-20 minutes to pass stools. if i stop the medicine the bleeding will return after 15 days but stomach will feel relaxed and motions normal. pls advise suitable medicine. i am 67 but quite active, civil engineer with a mba from London. thanks and Regards/ Surindar
