cherry angioma (red skin spots)

Hello!

I have some cherry angiomas (red skin spots) on my chest. is there any remedy to get rid of them. first i thought that there were just blood clots. but if you prick them, they bleed a lot and continue being red spots.
Also, i have some red spots in my face that do not seem to be cherry angiomas but instead seem to be small capillaries that burst at some point. and they don't disappear. they are painless, however. it just always seems that i have some pimles/acne in my face. any solutions?
