Helo Dr.after five days I see changes...
My skin now glowing nt dull now...
No back pain.
Feel strong..less tired...less lazy.
No constipation..
Digestion system improve...perfectly bowl clear..
feel no heat in my private parts.

First problem at present my nails as shown in picture Nd now in winter...around nail skin break out...
Second is premature gray hair of my head Nd beard...My beard hairs some r moor white....head both sides of front less hair like alopecia..
3rd when I feel horny or excited...sure that night nightfall or precum leakage..so even in week 2times or more or sometime continuously...after nightfall or masturbation I feel back pain for some days especially Morning tym when I wake up.

SINGHNK: There appears to be much more to your case than what appears inn the heading. You are in good hands of DrKulkarni. From the picture of your nails I suspect you might also be suffering from PSORIASIS. DrKulkarni will no doubt know better.

Then i used Arshkalap vati nd also nux vomica 30 nd sulphur 30....i don't why and how this problem occur... during this problem face constipation problem nd sometimes properly nt bowl clear..

Please start with following prescription:
1. GRAPHITES 30C , pills (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop), take 4 pills (for one dose) take 1 dose in the evening and 2nd dose 2 hours later, (Only ONE day; NO daily doses PLEASE).
Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the doses.
(This dose works for several days. So, keep patience).
Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors. NO use of menthol or similar things.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. Use the cap of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.
3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue and let it dissolve. Keep the dose for at least 2 minutes in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, any smell and children.
5. Avoid strong smells and odors AFAP.
6. Do not take any other medicines for any health problems. Most symptoms go as they come within 24-72 hours. Do not apply any cream/powder etc for skin itching / eruption, if any. Avoid anti-dandruff shampoos, Medicate soaps, eye-drops, etc.
7. Report any problems & seek appropriate advice.
8. Otherwise report progress after 1week.
