Healing through FORGIVING

Healthy through Forgiving

Suppose you are the patient and I am the doctor. Let’s talk about health, being healthy and curing disease.

Do you know what health is? It seems to me you don’t.

Why do I think you don’t? Because if you did know, you would not be ill.

I too have been ill many times and seriously so. I have come back from death’s door on a few accidents I was involved in. so I know what I am talking about.

A doctor cannot give you health – nobody can.
He can make you feel better for a short while but real health comes only after you have realized the reasons behind your sickness. Remove the cause, start to live in the right way – then you’ll get well. And it is never too late to start correcting your mistakes. It’s just as simple and as complicated as that, but it needs some learning.
The orthodox saga that smoking causes cancer is absolute not thru, cancer is caused by malicious anger. Off course smoking is not a healthy time passing business but it is not causing cancer, and smoking is definitely not contributing to the healing process as well. Never the less our bodies are extremely adaptable, fighting off chemical intruders day in day out and accepting many other forms physical abuses, if we treed our body with care and understanding we can grow old with anything, off course by over doing it, does not matter what, we will harm our body. Humans smoke already for thousands of years and we are still here. I’m a smoker myself and I enjoy the moments on my veranda where I see the sun slowly touching the horizon, this are moments were I’m relaxing – smoking relaxes it is also an indicator for if you are nervous.

However, first of all we should talk so that we are able to understand one another. It is no use just nodding in approval. To be perfectly clear, we have to go through some basic spiritual truths and divine Laws of Nature.

It seems too hard for you? You hoped that all your troubles would be taken away just like that, waving it away? You believe in the power of hands but not in the power of words, don’t you? You have a hard time believing that this is actually the same thing?

In that case – I’m sorry. You have come to the wrong place. You should have gone to a clinic. Oh, you just came from? And nobody was willing to help you?

Well, you’ve got it – even God won’t help if you are not ready to help yourself. So will you try if there is no other way?
Desperate situations require desperate measures right?

They really do. And there is no other way!

Spirit, Soul and Body are inseparable.

This trio lives in harmony in each one of us, although some times we deny them their thru being. Depending on our mood, parents or luck and faith, they are there for you to embrace.
Spirit is the creative, intelligent, motive power. When our intentions are good we move on quickly but when we are dissatisfied or ill-willed, we get stuck or go around in circles trying to find the right path. There is no going back in life. Spirit is an idea, like a seed that we put in the ground. When we do it with love, the plant grows strong. If the idea is positive the Soul cheers us on, urges to move onwards and won’t let us alone.

Soul is the subconscious. It works with the Spirit or the idea like a seed. Spirit is the ground where the plant grows.

Body is the plant.

Spirit and Soul are the level of feeling. Body is the physical level. When we are human we have a body, feelings and thoughts. A plant that grows strong and healthy produces good seed. A good plant will grow when the gardener has good thoughts. Thoughts are the tool for correcting our feelings according to the times in which we live at the moment. Mind is an expression of the physical level – it is there, so that we can adjust our life according to need. A plant that grows in Norway is quite different from a plant growing in South America, despite the fact that the seed originally came from there.

We are born into the physical world to gather earthly wisdom. Everything here is learning and the ways to learn are endless.

The consciousness of the body is a part of the Spirit’s consciousness. All experiences of the physical life are kept safe in the spirit forever and ever. The more we learn in a lifetime, the wiser the spirit grows. The more knowledge a spirit has, the more is demanded of it. The geniuses are high in their spirit – they have become wise in earlier existences and in this life even higher obstacles are set in their way. The spirit which completes its task in life in the right way is an exalted spirit.

Life is the development of Spirit. The person who just admires his own physical strength and does nothing to develop his spirit is acting against the laws of nature. If one tries to bend someone else’s spirit to show one’s physical superiority then one should know that the physical side is the only aspect that can be bent. Nobody can subject a spirit if it doesn’t subject itself. However, as a result of wrong action, the body of the aggressor will begin to self destruct, for his body too is ruled by the spirit. You will not be free of your spirit until death of your physical body, but the energetic bond will remain forever.

There are many of us who are able to feel and remember things from past life’s, only if we could pay attention to them, we ignore them and brush them aside, nobody wants to look foolish, so we continue to race through our life without understanding.
If you have them, then take some time to contemplate, (learn to forgive) practice and continuation will bring unexpected results.

Similarity Law
Similarity attracts, that’s no coincident. Good attracts good and evil attracts evil. The opposite of what was attracted can remain hidden at first glance.
The longer two negatives are together, the more they learn from each other and, accordingly, either both grow more positive – meaning that they have learned their lesson – or more negative – showing that the lesson has not been learned. This similarity law of attraction starts at an early point in our lives. We tend to bond ourselves with those who have the same interest or intellect.

The law of Forgiving
While you reading this page I can tell you that the only time is the eternal Now. Time is relative, but what I do now will always remain and influence the (my) future. All that I have done in the past influences today and tomorrow, therefore, nothing will change if I am unwilling to correct my mistakes.
God does not know the meaning of “I can’t”. The divine wisdom or laws have always been here for everybody’s use. They exist in each man’s spirit – you only have to look for them in your hart.
Now if you think that this will take time and effort, you’re right, if you are unable to take time, because of work or other obligations you’re wrong! To be perfect means not to moan about the past or to be scared of the future but to set everything right in the present. The key to freeing yourself from regret and fear is forgiveness. This does not mean excusing your past, it means setting yourself free. Only the person, who understands that he has made a mistake, and through that understanding learns something, can become free. You have these burdens resting on our shoulders right now, and they will stay their, until you make an effort to correct them. Man is not a master in perfect love; therefore, he will make mistakes and needs to be forgiven.

Illness and dis-ease

Illness or physical “disease” is a state where negative energy has crossed the critical line and the whole system is out of balance. The body informs us of the situation so that we can do something to correct it. Our body has tried to send us signals of discomfort for a considerable while but we had just neither paid attention nor taken action, so the body falls ill. Mental anguish, when not taken into consideration, grows into physical pain. It draws our attention to the situation that has to be mended. Suppressing the signal of pain with analgesics only deepens the pathology. The disease has to grow in order for the person to notice the alarm signal.

Every illness has it roots in Stress. The amount of accumulated stress determines the nature of the illness. For example, when a person is tired, he has to sleep. The largest amount of energy is gathered in sleep. If the period of sleep is abnormally long, a serious leak of energy can be suspected. If there has been no physical over-exertion, the reason lies in an accumulation of stress. Excessive amounts of stress cause insomnia, a state where physical tiredness is no longer experienced – in that event sleep will not bring relief so it is no use taking a sleeping pill. You have to release your stresses and the illness will disappear. You’ll do your body no good by finding the culprit and blaming him for the situation – that is self-deception.

Each body has its own demand. Not every body can be trained to be a racehorse and not every racehorse can be turned into a farm horse, and neither of them can be made into a circus animal.

Each body has to accomplish its own mission. You have to calmly estimate your potential and live your life peacefully and in good health by using what you have and doing good. Should you now argue that you yourself would be satisfied with much less but your family demands more, then let’s be honest – your words and actions don’t speak the same language. Your family has been drawn to you because of your way of thinking – you resemble each other.

Illness is the result of wrong action, where the scales of good and bad are tipped in favor of the bad.

What is good and what is bad

The sort of judgment which is passed on a situation always depends on the viewpoint of the person passing the judgment. The situation is perceived as good if the point of view is positive. If it is negative, the situation is seen bad. Everybody has its own criteria for judging things and I have no right to pass judgment on that.

A whole is made up of good and bad. Thus, good is never all good and bad all bad. Even stress has its positive side in that it compels us to do good or else pain will result.

There is one point in this statement that always brings the largest number of objections – the case of criminals. We pass judgment on criminal action and that is bad. There is never merely one side to a crime, however, as a host of visible and invisible factors may tip the scale considerable. For example, the person killed may have been a murderer in some previous existence and now be paying for his karmic debt, or it could be that the victim’s fear of getting killed attracted the murderer.

A short remark ahead of time – a criminal is a fighter by nature, a person raised without motherly love who, in his undefined anguish, is trying to take by force something that he believes he desires and needs. And what about us the so called, normal people? Do we always understand ourselves?
A criminal is often a child of quite decent parents who unfortunately, have been deeply wounded in their life. Point a finger at someone and you’ll see that the rest of the fingers are pointing – where? – Right back at yourself.

If we want to do something against crime, we can send love from our hearts to the criminal and forgive them. The only way to curb crime is to begin with ourselves. Our own anger comes around to us from the criminal.

Please do not misunderstand me – isolating a criminal who presents a danger to society is necessary but the road he takes from then on depends on all of us. As things stand, he is simply turned into an even worse man hater.

Why man is born
Because a man and a woman conceived its physical body? If so what about the countless unwanted children, whose birth the mother or father or both try to prevent at all cost, but who are still born?

Why does man need to be born again and again even though life is a path full of suffering?

Man is born to learn, not just to enjoy a happy existence. We are born into a physical body and each lifetime is like a step in a school where we have to follow a certain curriculum before we deserve a vacation. At the end of each existence we leave behind our well-worn body and go on to the Spirit world to sum up your life, draw conclusions from it and make plans for our development in the next existence.

We have to learn life in all its diversity. Now you are pauper, now a king, now a criminal, now a saint, in one life you may be a simple worker, in the next, a creative genius, at one time an idler, at another, a tireless wanderer then a man, then a woman and so on and so on…

All the knowledge acquired is accumulated and kept safe in the Spirit’s consciousness. Each time we are born, we come back to learn something new, something characteristic of that particular period in history. Time does not stand still. The development of mankind spirals upwards, towards greater wisdom, on and on. Each time there will be people at our side, in some ways very similar to us, but still quite different in their actions and views. I am here to learn my lesson, another person to learn his, and somebody else has its own learning process to go through. On top of all this everybody is a teacher to everybody else. I am doing it my way, you are doing it yours and somebody else has its own way of learning. I am in no way superior to any other man.

Nobody has given us the right to compare ourselves to any other man or to compete with anyone else. We have the right to compare ourselves, as we are now, with the people we are yesterday. We have the right to compete with our selves. Why are famous sportsmen often so ill? Because they are acting against the Laws of Nature.

These laws are inevitable, eternal and have no exceptions. Remember Christ on the cross and the two robbers at his side. God did not forsake any one of them. We are all God’s children whatever or however you perceive your God, we are all particles of It. Of All That Is and our wisdom is the wisdom of your God.

The one, who, deep in his heart and not only in his words, really understands another person, has learned his lesson. He who passes judgment on his fellow man still has his lesson to learn and he will learn it – by personal experience.

There are endless ways to learn. One learns from books or from the words of a teacher – but anyone learning the wisdom of life is a teacher. Another person watches the next person to stub his toe on a rock and learns from that – he doesn’t need to go through the same process. A third learns only by personally stubbing his toe and usually not the first time. Everyone makes his own choices. He, who gets angry at the stone and keeps on blaming it, will continue stubbing his toes, and it could be that, like in school, he will continue doing the same thing in his next existence – until the lesson is finally learned.

Everything man meets in life is necessary to him in some way. No one is at fault. The bad that comes my way has been attracted by my own wrong thinking. Every difficulty is the result of incorrect thinking and if I hadn’t learned earlier, I’d better do it now. Also, if I don’t bother drawing any conclusions then my body will suffer until I do.

My body loves me, if it didn’t, it wouldn’t care what happens to me. Illness is a sign of love. Our body is unable to inform us in any other manner except by disease. Our Spirit has just not evolved enough. And yet, the more a person learns, the more he understands that mental distress hurts more than physical pain. He has learned a simple truth – a small mistake is followed by light punishment, a big mistake by a more serious problem. If somebody falls and breaks a leg then obviously he has let something of importance unnoticed – the fact that the sidewalk was slippery. The bone is fractured and the lesson learned, once and for all. If he were also to realize that he brought the accident on himself by being scared of falling, then he would become even wiser,

Mental agony accumulates until the last drop falls, the cup is full, and physical illness makes its appearance. The more stress is accumulated, the more serious the disease. Slow accumulation may result in cancer; a more rapid process may end in a heart attack or a stroke. In both cases the body became buried under a mountain of stress.

If the disease is not serious, we can burn up the accumulated negative energies in the process of ailing. In the case of chronic disorders the burning goes on continually, while new stress keeps flowing in, preventing the person from getting well, but all in all, sickness is still a lesson to give us greater wisdom. We are free to choose the way we learn, so that if I prefer to learn through suffering and illness, like the majority of mankind at the moment seems to, it’s my choice, and should I prefer to learn through teaching, by making it sing in my heart and using it with wisdom, it is still my choice. People often say, “That’s just not true, I don’t want to be sick”.
I believe them but they have to make their body believe it too. Let the sickness go, then your body will see that you really mean it.

Spirit is eternal – the body exists in time. Spirit is feeling – body is the thoughts. Spirit is ideal – body is material. But both of them have consciousness. Remember – thoughts are of the physical body.

All That Is develops through the progress of the Spirit. The Spirit acquires more elementary knowledge on the planet Earth. Man is the lowest reasonable being in All That Is. The wiser the Spirit becomes, the more complicated the lessons. Learning is accomplished through negativity, and yet there are always has to be good to balance evil.

All that we used to perceive as bad in this life, and that after a while became understandable. Is the evil that has been learned in this life.

Everything that we are unwilling to understand in this life, that is, all we keep judging as evil, has to be learned the next time around.

The person who greets hardships with happiness is worthy of being a man.

If a person overcomes his difficulties with grace, then he can be called a Man. He is ready to move on in his development, knowing that the next difficulty will always be harder than the previous one. The greater the man, the greater the difficulty. He, who heaps small problems in front of himself so that his view is blocked by this mound of troubles, has not yet become great.

The divine laws says: the more that is given, the more will be expected.

Everything you do should be done with joy, no matter how insignificant the job may seem, then everything will run smoothly and you will be waiting to start the next task. The person who does his job well, as it should be done, has learned his lesson. The person who does it wrong is in the process of learning – through mistakes. Therefore the mistake serves a purpose. As such, it is punishment caused by wrong action. Every punishment is wrong – it equals double punishment. Instead, we should ask ourselves, “Did I learn from the mistake?”

I ask forgiveness from the person I harmed.
I forgive myself for doing so.
I ask my body to forgive me for harming it.

Regret, pity, moaning, crying, guilt, despair or punishing yourself just makes it worse. You live – you make mistakes. You learn from your mistakes. These proverbs often come up in conversation, but its better to remember them promptly when you or someone else makes a mistake, and be happy when you have a right thought. Can you do that?

How often people say to me, “What’s there to be happy about? I would rather have my health like I used to – then I would be happy.” As long as you continue to think this way, it will be very difficult to help you.

There is no such thing as equality in the Spiritual realm. If you expect to get paid before you even begun doing something to earn it, you’ll be sorely disappointed. The level of the Spirit is always equal to the amount of work put into its development. Deceit is not possible in this work – in your own eyes a lie will always be a lie. It is no use fighting the laws of Nature, and as for fighting, you should fight for good, not against evil. There is a basic difference – one is good, the other is evil.

Love is the absolute and greatest power there is, but still few people know how to love.

Consider how you would feel if somebody told you, “I love you. I just do. I demand nothing. You can always count on me.”

Or imagine someone telling you, “I love you. Why can’t you love me the way I love you. Prove to me that you love me. If you loved me, you’d do anything for me.” Endless words, demanding, controlling, driving you into a corner.

The first version seems like something out of a fairy tale, but there is much more of this kind of love around than we would even dare to think. We Latvians (or even I Dutchman) don’t say those things very easily, but we feel them. If only we could trust our feelings more.

The other version is the everyday, oh-so-common possessive love, which destroys people, families, society, the Earth. Most of us have felt the sadness and defiance that the words, “I love you, I put food on the table and a roof over your head. You have to be good!” you are obliged to be!” arouse.

This is not love, this is possession. The tool in my hand belongs to me, too – but it broke anyway and there’s nothing I can do about it. You might have noticed how an old craftsman handles his ancient tools and how tenderly he picks them up and puts them back in their places again. Clearly he would never trade them for new ones. Then the time comes for the craftsman to leave this world… Someone else wants to use his screwdriver or chisel, but it literally falls to pieces. It was old and dried up, or so we think. No. the only thing that dried up was the source of loving care and attention.

If we could feel for everything, including other human beings, the way an old craftsman feels for his tools, we wouldn’t be have any sickness and the material side of life would be provided for as well.

Learn to Love

Imagine that you have someone very dear to your heart, someone you love above all others in the world, and he loves you too. This somebody – the dearest, most precious – is your body.
Think back to the many times you have directly or indirectly caused harm to it during your lifetime, the frequent occasions when you have senselessly driven it to the limit, sacrificed it, gritting your teeth in anger and playing the martyr. You have treated it worse than a machine. It has been like a possession to you, like something with no rights of its own.

Is it still able to love you?

No. it is worn out.

It is bent to the ground under the burden, and yet, if still alive, it is ready to throw off its load at a moment’s notice and rush to your help. That is, if you are willing to prove by your sincerity that you won’t put its endurance to the test any longer, and that your wrong action was caused by ignorance and stupidity which will not be repeated.

Talk to your body! It is ready to listen because it loves you. Your body is the truest lover of all but how often do we appreciate its loyalty? We only begin to know how to cherish faithfulness when we tasted the bitter fruit of deception. This is the way we learn.

If you now in all sincerity ask your body to forgive you because:
-you have (directly) harmed it,
-you haven’t done it any good,
-you ignored its signals,
-you have not known how to think of it in the right way, and then it will forgive you.

Forgive yourself for not knowing and doing all this before. Love your body and yourself. If you feel shivers running down your spine, if you are engulfed by a feeling of pure love and you have the impulse to put your arms around your body and hug it, then this is a sign that your body has understood you. Illness can go away forever only if you remain in communication with your body at all times.

Should you now say discontentedly, “Oh, and who is going to take care of my work if I am busy thinking all the time?” then you have understood nothing. If you think that you’ll need extra time to communicate with your body then I suggest you use the time you so senselessly waste, to put your thoughts in order.

If you are willing to change yourself, only under pressing circumstances (in the distress caused by sickness, for example) and for just a short time, then the disease will return, and much worse than before. The reason is that more is expected of somebody who receives more. The person who has received a spiritual lesson or even read these lines, deserves to be treated with more strictness than those without such experience. Man must never stop. Indifference, giving up on life, stagnation – that is the end of development.

- You say you don’t know the right way to go? First think and then go.
- And if you go wrong, forgive your regret and your mistake. Mistakes are there to learn from.

Reason was given to man for a reason

All the storms of the emotional and physical world can be controlled by reason. The wish to change yourself draws you to read books that are good for the spirit. Maybe you’ll find yourself a teacher, and then the knowledge of ways to change yourself will come to you.

The man who invokes an inadequate education to excuse his sloth should know that a child of five can be more spiritual than a fifty your old scientist and a simple worker of eighty can be much more sensitive and have more spiritual understanding than a thirty year old artist. Sex, nationality, education, intelligence, fame, money or position has nothing to do with it. What counts is faith, hope and love because they are truth and reality.

These virtues cannot be gathered from the physical world. Forgiveness breaks all bonds and chains. Listen how warmly and strongly your hearts beats and cherish it like the greatest treasure on Earth. Learn to use your emotions, including material values.

However, should you hope to become a millionaire overnight, it could be that you are not ready for such an experience and the complete opposite will happen! But if you really feel that you are ready for this, then…why not! Only remember that if a millionaire does not carry his purse with dignity, he might come back as a pauper in the next existence, but should he learn his lesson well – that is, to rule his wealth without harming others – then he might come back as a king and learn the art of ruling people.

Yes we have all spiritual millions at our disposal this very minute.

The person who now asks, “If I start thinking and living in the right, way is there a guarantee that I’ll get my life back on track?” should know that he has come to a market place and will be weighed out exactly as big a chunk as he has paid for.

In the spiritual realm action is followed by consequence worthy of the deed. That is the reason why man has to think, and by thought, direct his emotional energy in the right direction.

He who sets conditions can easily lose the little he has but he who does well without expecting a reward shall be doubly rewarded. All that we do, we do to ourselves and it is returned twofold.

Why I am the way I am

Few people are completely happy with their body, its beauty and strength, despite the fact that we ourselves chose it when were born. Our body is exactly what we need; otherwise we would have chosen a body created by other parents. We make our choice with great love, because it will be trough the body that we learn what we came to learn, and our body receives us with love.

Do not forget: I and my body form a whole – the human being – in the physical world but we are still not the same. When you contemplate this and give thanks to your body, you will be able to hear its answer. But he, who curses his body for illness and suffering and would prefer it not to exist, should know that by thinking in this way he has made his body sicker. Everyone has the possibility of improving his body within reasonable limits but this should be done with kindness.

You can’t determine your own existence that’s up to your God. You just have no say in that matter. As for the rest of it – your God grants you absolute freedom and choice.

Imagine a wide road – the road of your destiny. There is muddy ditch on one side of the road – the negative – and on the other, a field full of flowers – the positive. In the middle, there is balance. The way you wander along your road – in the ditch or on the verdant field, waltzing along turning somersaults, going slowly or quickly – is entirely up to you. The person who doesn’t want to suffer physically had better raise himself to the spiritual realm quickly, but before that he has to do the right thing here on Earth and learn all the earthly wisdom there is to learn. This is inevitable.

People often say defiantly, “But this is the way my character is… and this is the way I do things…” What character? Character is the sum total of all our experience from previous existences. If I prefer to excuse my mistakes by saying they are part of my character and refuse to correct them, then I am bound to suffer.

All that we change on the road of our destiny in this life will affect the blueprint of our next life. Education, manners, skills, abilities, diligence, deeds, ideals, and health seem to be all important to us in this life, but cosmically thinking they are just minor details. However, those minor details set the basis for our next life – a blueprint. So we subconsciously know what is important, but can’t understand why the results of an action are sometimes so slow in coming. We are disappointed if a good deed is not immediately rewarded.

People, who deny reincarnation, deny reality. We may well deny the Sun and the Moon, but that doesn’t stop them from existing and fulfilling their purpose according the laws of nature. He who thinks he can commit any despicable deed and get away with it if nobody knows, is sorely mistaken, for his own spiritual self sees and knows everything and according to karmic laws will have to answer for its action – sooner or later.

A person who has a hard life should not be pitied. Instead he should be taught to ask forgiveness for whatever harm he has done, for it is this which has attracted the difficulties to him. He should be taught to forgive himself and to ask his body to forgive him for making it go trough all this hardship.

Karmic law – the predestined inevitable – is best illustrated by the proverb:
“As ye sow, so shall ye reap”, It will be sufficient if you sincerely ask for forgiveness. The measure of sincerity lies within each man’s soul – the result depends upon your self. Karmic law has a long term effect. It is possible to set free the invisible energetic cords if one learns to acknowledge them.

Not being able to remember previous existences and the resulting denial of reincarnation is caused by mental pollution clouding memories. Only a pure spirit can remember. Observe children, talk to them – they can literally shock you with their wisdom. Their truth and justice are divine. Their ignorance, on the other hand, is caused by the grown-up logic that asserts only knowledge of the physical is worth something.

We should do our best to learn the purity of perception from our children – not try to suppress it, day in day out. Each adult who tells a child, “You must, you have to, don’t you understand anything, why can’t you learn to live”, without explaining the situation to the child, is nothing short of a criminal.

A child knows what is right

If an adult explains the situation in words like, “look, the circumstances are that you have to do the exact opposite of what you think is right. People in the physical world are used to this sort of behavior. I’m sorry that I have to go against your better judgment and tell you what to do but this is the only way I know” – then this is the truth of the moment and the child won’t protest.

Being sincere and straightforward – and not following a so-called free upbringing – releases a child from mental crisis. A child needs his parents’ wisdom of life because like attracts like. He has come to this particular set of parents precisely due to the similarity between the three of them. A free upbringing is a total lack of upbringing. It is a situation where parents refuse to do their duty.

A child comes to this world through his parents, and with a good reason. Parents are already adapted to the physical world and, as such are obliged to teach the child, so that he too can adapt properly, remaining true to himself in every situation in life. Then he won’t have to crash into walls on his way and learn by suffering alone. This is the laws of nature and the parents who have failed to teach his child the ways of life before he turns eighteen, shall feel the effect of karmic law on himself.

As already mentioned, there are countless ways of teaching. The parents have the right to discipline his child physically – influencing the first chakra with a switch, has a releasing effect on the sixth and seventh charkas. The opposite is not permissible to a person. However, you should bear in mind that this kind of discipline is hardly ever necessary.

The parents should always think, “What did I do to cause a situation like that?” and ask the child to forgive his mistake, explaining to him, in a way best understandable to the child, the real reason behind the situation. The child will always forgive and learn from each mistake. Do not be afraid that admitting a mistake will make you look bad in his eyes. Quite the opposite – the child will appreciate your sincerity and think even more highly of you. Every child wants to respect his parents and will always defend them to the world. Puberty is a turning point and after that correcting mistakes will become difficult.

A child needs the truth, however hard it may be – not sweet lies. Man learns only by truth and truth sets you free. A child kept in terror becomes a hypocrite and his protest will grow into bitterness and later, into anger. At the same time his dignity is wounded forever. Where there’s a conflict, a child needs to be told if he was the one who caused it or if it was caused by something else.

The philosophy of the human body

I will not go to deep into this subject because it would take another 100 pages to explain all the mechanisms and their causes. I will just explain some natural laws that are present in our bodies.

The human body is eloquent. Its philosophy is unequalled in its simplicity. The common saying “he has backbone” needs no comment, does it? The human vertebral column directly illustrates a person’s principles in that someone’s basic truths or hidden nature can be described in exactly the same words as his spine.

The bone structure of the body characterizes the father. Weak bones speak of a weak father. The vertebral column also speaks of principles; therefore, crooked bones show that the father had crooked principles. If the child cannot keep his back straight then his father, in all probability, is a weak man who has turned into a tyrant to cover up for his weaknesses, or else, is letting himself be dominated by his wife. The child of a real head of the family has strong bones and a straight back.

The pelvis represents either the ground the person has its roots in or the home. If the child grows up in an unstable family and still has a strong pelvis then this is a Spirit which has consciously elevated itself by hard work. The child has risen above the weaknesses of his family as he knows that otherwise he would be lost.

The child who consciously decides to be better and works with himself in all sincerity shall break free from the boundaries of his family. Such children are fighters who break their spiritual cords for a good reason, even though the bond with the parents may be dear to their hart.

Astrologically, the end of the twentieth century is the time of weak bone structure. Knowing this, one has to consciously work on strengthening one’s skeleton. Regardless of the age of a person, eggshell is the best source of calcium. (Forget the tablets) Training one’s body by physical work and exercise is also within anybody’s reach.

The situation today, where there are widespread defects of the vertebral column and bones – starting with birth trauma and ending with femoral fractures of the elderly – was unknown to our grandfathers. The fact that almost every fall, however insignificant, results in some kind of fracture, shows clearly that the skeleton is our weak spot.

The vertebral column energetically connects the past and the present to the future.

The straighter the backbone, the better able it is to fulfill this function and the wiser and more clear-sighted the person is.

Anatomically speaking, the spine has physiological curvatures – so there is no likelihood that mankind in general will turn into fully fledged perceivers of ALL THAT IS in the near future. However, we are still able to keep our backs as healthy as possible. The body will understand my desire to progress. If I tell it of my intent, then my words will amplify my sub- consciousness action.

The main channel of energy is situated in the spinal canal. There the life energy flows up and down, in at the tip of the tail-bone and out through the top of the head. At each vertebra, channels branch off into the tissues and organs. If a vertebra is damaged, the respective organ falls ill.

Secondary energy channels, resembling the roots of a lotus plant, branch off from the main channel and open on the surface of the auric body in the form of cone-shaped energy vortexes. These are called the chakras or centers of energy. They are like storehouses where the energy characteristic of that particular chakra is kept. All this energy is in constant motion.

Front aspects of chakras deal with emotions
Back aspects deal with will.

Chakras draws universal energy, break it down into components and through the energy channels send it on to the nervous system, internal secretion glands and the blood system to nourish the body.

The chakras look like turning vortexes of energy, each with its characteristic color (according to the vibratory level of energy). Each major chakra in the front part of the body has its twin in the back and they are dealt with together as the chakra’s front and back aspect. The front aspect has to do with feelings, the back, with will.

Much has been written on chakras, so I will not repeat it here.

What is stress?
Maybe the concept is not yet clear enough to everyone.
Stress is a condition of bodily tension, a defensive reaction against harmful or negative factors.
Stress is an invisible energetic connection with something negative.
Everything perceived as negative by the person is a stress to him.

Medicine considers stress from the physical point of view as illness or the invisible accumulation of energy culminating in physical disease. Both medical science and the patient himself usually interpret stress as the last emotional upset, the last link in the chain of stress accumulated over decades that finally results in illness. This, however, is a very limited concept of stress.

The concept of stress often remains unclear. We shall continue to come back to this over and over again, but let me add at this point, that feelings of shyness, shame, desire to cover up and conceal, feelings of discomfort, inability to find a way out are also stresses.

All opposites build up a whole – mother and father as well left and right. That is the reason why an illness cannot always be easily defined or is located bilaterally.

For example, if both your arms and shoulders are aching, if they tend to “go to sleep” and are often numb, then your mother and father, in the process of influencing each other, have grown to resemble one another so much that their influence cannot be separated any longer. I would like to remind you that this is their problem and you don’t have to take it into yourself. So, forgive them for their problem, forgive yourself for taking those problems into yourself and ask your body to forgive you for harming it. People often say, “How can I be so heartless as not to take my parents problems to the heart?” I will never tire repeating: negativity should be taken with reason, so that your kindness of your heart may be put to use in finding a solution to the problem or else, in giving help if needed.

- The Front of your body is the carrier of emotional energy. All discomfort in the front side of your body has to do with the negative feeling that you have taken into yourself.
- The Back of the body bears the energy of will. All that suppresses, destroys, tears down, domineers, belittles, ridicules your will-power is robbing you of the possibilities of fulfilling your needs and achieving your goals. (The back side of the body or the spine represents the basic principles of life, that is, all that gives life meaning.)
- The Upper part of the body denotes energy directed to the future. If a person is scared of the future, his upper body falls ill.
- The Lower part of the body represents energies directed back into the past. If there were problems in your past that were too much for you, then the lower body falls ill.

Think about it and you’ll discover the surprising logic of your body, which provides you with any number of clues on how to forgive and whom to ask forgiveness of. And yet, everything in the life of a human being has its roots in the past. The lesson of survival is based on going back to the roots of a past problem and dealing with its main cause.

We are all tied to our mothers with an etheric umbilical cord. Often the mother’s influence on the child is so powerful that the child grows more and more like his parents, and then starts to influence others in a similar way. Therefore, if there is any negativity in me with which I influence my husband or wife, my family or environment, then I must ask them to forgive me.

Think! Seek! Find! Forgive! Get well!!

Everyone familiar with the energetics of the human body will be able to locate the stresses causing his illness.

Front of the body – emotional energy
Left side of the body – carrier of the male energy, i.e. everything connected to the father and the male gender
Right side of the body – carrier of the female energy, i.e. everything connected to the mother and the female gender
Back side of the body – energy of the will

The back side of the body or the spine – the will-power, energy of will – deserves to be dealt with separately.

Fear destroys willpower.

Fear is the stress of the adrenal glands that rules the whole body through the chakras. An organ hit by fear refuses to work, and if an organ doesn’t work then nobody can make it.

By improving the past we improve the future.

If you are ill, think about your disease – where is it located, up or down, front or back, at which chakra and vertebra – and you shall find its cause in yourself.

Forgive your stress…Forgive yourself… Ask your body to forgive you…

If you experience a feeling of relief in the sick place or your whole body, then you’ll know you have located the right cause. By forgiving repeatedly, the pain will go away and eventually the disease will disappear.

If someone is sick all over his body, from tip of his toes, to the top of his head, then he is altogether unable to forgive and to ask for forgiveness. He is unable to acknowledge his mistakes and only when he starts recognizing them and forgiving will he be able to get well.

If you want your recovery to be a lasting one, you’ll have to change the pattern of your thoughts completely and for good – (remember)

Peace of mind = Health

We do you think people used to be so calm in the olden days? It isn’t so hard to figure out:

I chakra Monday
II chakra Tuesday
III chakra Wednesday
IV chakra Thursday
V chakra Friday
VI chakra Saturday
VII chakra Sunday= Sabbath, the Day of REST

If a man knows how to appreciate the Day of Rest, he has sufficient time to contemplate the mistakes of the past week, learn from them and continue on his way a wiser man. On Sunday people asked forgiveness for their mistakes and, in doing so, sowed the seed of blessing fro their future.

Although the future is based on the past, there is still only one time existing:
Now = Past + Present + Future.

Mankind is held hostage by fear!

The process of stress developing into illness is best illustrated by delving into the mechanism of fear. Even primeval man was acquainted with the effect of fear: For example, the use of a war-cry to terrify the enemy and freeze him in his tracks.

The negative energy of Fear attacks the kidneys and the adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are seized by a physical spasm and the secretion of hormones into the bloodstream slows down or stops altogether. Those hormones are all-important for life – a clinically dead person will receive a massive dose of adrenaline (the secretion of the adrenal glands) to make him come back from deaths door.

The adrenal glands are located in the back of the third chakra; consequently, they are connected with:
-power, control and
-willpower.

Mankind today is controlled by fear, both directly and figuratively speaking, and this fear is paralyzing its will power.

Each organ has its own consciousness. If the will is gone, the organ loses its wish to operate. Different fears attack different organs and chakras.
Fear is often denied as no-one wants to be a coward, or because of a limited understanding of fear as something directly connected with physical danger.

When we say the words – I don’t want to, I don’t dare to, maybe I’m mistaken, I don’t know if I should – then the feeling behind those words is Fear. The person who takes the time and the trouble to talk to him self and to contemplate, also has the courage to confess to himself that he is afraid.

We are quite willing to call one feeling fear, but deny the true nature of others (feelings). We should remember that whatever we may choose to call it, the fear will influence the corresponding chakra just the same.

Fear may also have a combined effect on the energies of several chakras.

More than ever, people today live under the spell of fear. All kinds of accidents, wars, economic chaos, criminality, uncertainty and every kind of prophesy terrify us and make us ill with fear. People don’t realize that all those problems are the collective result of the negative thought and action of mankind as a whole and, as such, are quite natural. It is natural that hard times are followed by good and vice versa. Being afraid only boost the negative.

Man is constantly afraid and yet he who forgives his fear is able to live in peace of mind. Instead of being scared of the future, I suggest that you concentrate on improving it. In particular the retired, the unemployed and the sick should follow this advice, so that the wonderful free time they have on their hands isn’t wasted.

I remember a dear old lady who, due to her kind heart, had enjoyed excellent health up to her advanced years. But due to the way she had been constantly worrying over everyone and everything all her life, her health finally gave in. when I explained to her the reason for her illness, she was quite distressed about her mistake, but all the same could think of nothing to improve the situation.
This is what I suggested to her: in the first place she was to forgive her fear, in the second place she was to start forgiving everyone who does harm, because only somebody with no love in them would want to hurt another living being. Everyone with a kind heart is at liberty to forgive mothers who have so little love for their sons that the sons have gone away to fight in a war. Everyone with a kind heart is, likewise, able to forgive the sons and send them love – the secret ingredient – the lack of which causes these restless souls to cause harm. If a large enough number of people made this their daily practice, the senseless violence in the world would come to an end.
The old lady was moved to her heart. It was a real sight to watch her shed tears of joy, for she had found a place to send her love. She didn’t have to feel frightened and unneeded anymore.

Actually, the roots of fear lie much deeper within the human Spirit. The spirit living this life as a human being has been around countless times. In each life it made some mistakes, from which it didn’t draw the right conclusions, that is – it didn’t learn from them. It feels guilty in its soul for not learning the body’s lessons. The Spirit knows well that actually there is no such thing as guilt, but the influence of mind is still felt through the subconscious (the soul)

The Spirit, bearing feeling of guilt, returns to Earth time and time again to set the record straight. Some things it will learn, some things not. The Spirit remembers everything and is well aware that it is possible to learn from teaching, that is, before a mistake is made. The accumulation load of guilt-ridden feelings cast its influence on Earth. The Spirit feels that due to its mistakes, the situation on the planet has grown worse, so the Spirit knows that it is partly responsible for the current chaotic situation on Earth and feels worried about the future of the planet. It knows that it will have to answer to God for its actions according to the law of cause and effect.

This is nothing like standing trial in a court of law. Everyone is responsible for growth of wisdom in All That Is and should anyone attempt to hold back development, the result of such behavior would be globally felt in their extent and also, directly affect oneself.

In short – The Spirit knows that its mistakes have caused the Earth to enter into crisis and the guilt thus engendered arouses a fear within it for the future. Fear destroys the body and holds back the development of the Spirit.

The lesson in forgiveness is a lesson in survival

It is hard to get a person, wrapped up in his material concerns, to think, even before I have finished my lessons to you, I hear familiar words, “No-no-no my troubles are caused by nothing like that!” it makes me smile a little because a person like that is ready to deny anything, even the good things, without even bothering to think. He is so wrapped up in negativity that he automatically starts fighting back over everything. I repeat over and over again: man was given a brain for a reason, not for decoration. Think about what is said here and draw your own conclusions. Forgive your stresses – it isn’t necessary to go chasing after whoever you think is the cause of your troubles.

Sit quietly and feel a black cloud of fog in front of you – this is your fear. Fear is energy and energy has its consciousness. Accordingly, your fear can hear you. It is not evil in nature nor is it there to persecute you. You yourself have taken it in. It, on the other hand, has come to teach you.

Your body suffers from fear but is unable to send it away. Only you have the power to do that. Your body knows that everything you take inside yourself is needed by you to learn from and get wiser by, but it is your body that has to bear the brunt of the growing mountain of stress. It is sending you signals for help – so help it, for goodness sake!

Tell the cloud of FEAR, “I forgive you for coming to me. I forgive myself for taking this fear inside me. Dear body, please forgive me for harming you by doing so. It was a lesson but I have learned it.”

first example
Now sense your body. You’ll feel that it has grown lighter. Sense the cloud of fear in front of you – maybe you can see that it has grown smaller. By doing this over and over again, the fear will finally disappear altogether. In the same way you;ll be able to release all your stresses, and then you’ll be ready to forgive the person who scared you in the first place.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As long you have fear inside you, your body will know that you still need scaring. You keep attracting people and situations that frighten you, but as soon as you stop carrying fear around in your heart, the frightening things in life will stay out of your way.
