I was feeling ok for few days. But since yesterday i am having Gast problem and headache. Please suggest and many prayers for you

Mind symptoms has improved now. Anxiety level has decreased. More relaxed now.Normally i start thinking too much out of nothing and this has improved. I have observed Lycopodium works for me.

No, i do not take any outside food, oily food or any kind of drink including cold drinks as well.

But the headache is not there any more after i took alopathy medicine for headache.

Backpain is still there.

Also my dry cough things is back. 2-3 months back a homeoptah in my area has given me Bacillium (not sure about the potency), 5 drop twice daily and cough was reduced completely. I took the medicine for 15-20 days and then discontinued.

As of now i have these problems:

1. Dry cough
2. Gast
3. General Weakness (was notthere when i was taking Avena Sat when you advised)

4. Mental symptoms are improving.

5. Constipation thing is back again.

6. Less apettite

7. Not getting sound sleep, (it could be because of my shift rotational job nature)

Please help.

I have completed the 3 days course now. I feeling better.Dry cough has reduced a lot. Problem with Gast and constipation has improved a lot. Anxiety level is improving gradually.There is a improvement with my back pain. It has reduced a lot.But there is a pain in my eyes since yesterday and could not sleep properly, mt eyes are not pure white, its a combination of yellow and red and sometime water comes out from my eyes. Even though its a long standing problem. Sleep is still disturbing.

Please suggest if i can continue with Bryonia for few more days or some other medicine needs to be taken. Thanks and many prayers for you

Also, my nose remains blocked most of the time and breathing is not that smooth for me.

I have completed the 3 days course. I feel better.Dry cough has reduced but white mucus coming through mouth. Problem with Gast and constipation has improved a lot. Anxiety level is still a problem. Irritation is back (with mind).Bacpain has improved and its thar sever, its paining sometime and it has improved a lot.Nose block has improved but its not totally free.
Sleep is still disturbing.

Should i wait for few days to check the improvement regarding my anxiety level and irritation i feel internally. Part from that i have foul breath and heavy smoking issue as well. Please suggest

nose seems blockED badly, and as a result respiration is difficult

I have vertigo as well, its chronic and it could be due to weakness. I feel strong vertigo when i stand up from a sitting position.Thanks and many prayers

I have completed 3 days course of Rhus Tox 200 now. My problem with Gast, constipation and less appetite is not there anymore. Also nose block things have gone now. Dry cough and cough is not there any more. Vertigo seems improved now. I havent felt the vertigo anymore.

But problem with backpain and mental tension is still there. General weakness is there.My Hands, fingers and Legs are very thin and lean, even one can counts the veins in my hand.There is no muscle in my body.

My main tension because of my professional world, i am into corporate job. And before going to sleep i keep on thinking about the whole day and as a result my sleeps gets disturbed and this tension is gradually killing me from inside apart from that i do have some tension/concerns related to my family as well.

Please suggest further and thanks for everything and many prayers for you.

Hello Doctor,

I have completed the 3 days course yesterday. My back pain is still there but its manageable now. The other problem eg constipation and Gast is not there anymore. My appettite has increased as well. Dry cough and cold is also not there as of now.

But my mental symptoms eg tension, anxiety is still there.

Please suggest further and thanks a ton for your help.

This pain is in sciatica region only. It stays there. Few months back while i was driving my 2 wheeler, because of one pot hole i felt jerking in my back and since then its there. Its come and go with weather changes and medicine.Only my lower back is affected. Thanks
