He is lot better. he could sleep better for last 2 nights.
Current problems are Coughing immediately after waking up and on exertion ( running )

Should we have new remedies?

I had spongia only in pellets and I gave 3 pellets as one dose. Same with Lyco.

His cough is changing continuously. yesterday, again he had cough all through night and also in the morning. Dry, continuous over the night. It is not spasmodic this time.

He has 2 sneezes today morning. after which cough reduced but continues. I understand his case is chronic but anything can be done for this attack first as he is suffering for a long time?

Yes, he coughs when he runs fast. No vomiting in last 4 days. Only today morning 9 am onwards he has sneezed 5-6 times in 3 hours.
He never sneezes normally only cough.
Yesterday night he had nose block as well.

I could not get Bacillinum yet. Started with Lyco and Nux Vomica. After Nux Vomica cough reduced today morning but completely new symptoms are seen from yesterday. More nose block today, also breathing produces sound now and his breathing more with mouth.
Evening around 5 PM, he got fever - 100.8 F. I gave Aconite from my homeo emergency kit. He is sleeping after that but I could here the heavy rattling while breathing.
Shall I continue Lyco tonight?

There was immediate improvement for one day after starting phosphorus and lyco. Fever also did not repeat.
The second day he continued to cough in the night again and woke early morning due to sever cough.I gave the first dose of lyco immediately. His nose was blocked fully. He was coughing as if to take the mucus out, but being a small kid could not cough it out. I removed his mucus from nose and found small drops of dried blood in mucus. I don't know whether it was lyco or removal of mucus, his cough stopped immediately in the morning.
He is better during day but I'm sure, he will get cough again tonight.
Sorry for reporting early, but worried about the small blood in mucus and this sudden nose blocks.

There is one indication I missed to mention always.

Whenever he has this spasmodic cough, nothing could stop it like cough suppressants, inhalers or even homeo medicines. if he takes a 3 sips of water ( normal temperature), he is better for next 3 - 5 minutes and cough starts only later. Just wanted to mention it as this is the only thing that even reduces his suffering.

Thanks mitesh. your words give hope to us. His 3.5 years of inhalers did not help him and we find no hope with allopathy.

Sadly, my order for bacillinum has not been delivered and I reordered it along with sabadilla from Schwabe. I'll get it only 2-3 days.
Should we continue Phosphorous and lyco until then in same dose?

Current situation:
He slept better during early part of night and had one cough attack at 1:30 AM making him sit-up for 15 min. again for 5 min around 4:30 AM. He suffered more after getting up with cough for one hour and then subsided. He gets dyspnea after heavy cough and it goes away, if cough stopped.

Please help us with next steps, as we completed 3 days of current remedies.

I'll be able to get BC 6 online in India.

Over the years, his cough has varied all the time.
As of the past few weeks, he coughs during early night, then sleeps. Coughs again after 2 AM. Stops. Coughs maximum during first hour of getting-up from bed.

During day time, no major cough seen, he may cough a little when he runs and plays. but that is it.

Mainly during night and first hour after getting up in the morning.

His situation has improved but cough has not stopped.
