anal itch and a small bump
Hi! i am 29 years old unmarried female.I am suffering from anal itch for over a year.im under weight,having 49 kg at this age.i eat alot but do not gain weight.im pale also but my HB,cbc and thyroid levels are normal.i had a past history of pco but over all it is ok now with no cyclical disturbances.I have recently taken coconut powder to expel worms,if any and my stools was full of them.i initially thought that anal itch is due to that but just at the internal opening of anus,i felt a very small non bleeding bump or pimple.i have felt it is causing the itch.i never have constipation or any other major gastro issues.Kindly guide me is it a fissure or what?other than itch,it is not bothering.i have no pain.just itch which originates from inside to the outer anal surroundings.There is no fixed time.at night i feel it but during day or after bowl it is there also.sometimes it isnt felt for the whole day. Kindly prescribe me one medicine for this as often here many medicines are prescribed which we cannot all buy.I will be gratefull.sana zia on 2016-03-10
