Excessive pain above stomach and in abdomen while taking deep breaths/sneezing, coughing.
Dear experts,hope you all are doing well! This is Mitesh from gujarat, India. Age 31. It has been almost 20 hours since am experiencing severe pain in abdomen and in region above stomach (borders of ribs) whenever I take deep breath or whenever I sneeze or whenever I cough. I feel as if my navel will explode.
Generally I dont do any physical stressful work but yesterday I helped a wireman to pull some cables with jerk accompanied by strength.
I doubt what reason is valid for this pain. Below is my general information.
Age: 31, male.
Height: 5 feets.11 inches.
Weight: 67 kgs.
No addictions.
Food: dont carve for sweets, fond of spicy food.
Blood pressure is normal, doesnt have any other issues with health.
Was having viral infection before a week that got treated by a family physician.

Take three doses of nux vomica 30 Daily. One in the morning on empty stomach, one after lunch, and one after dinner. Report back in three days. On the fourth day take Natrum Mur 200 one dose only.
One dose = 2 drops of medicine in half a glass of water.

The pain was cured by just 2 doses of hydrastis 200 and arnica 200.
