hypothyroidism. Lycopodium? I would appreciate any Advice

I haven't checked my TSH hormones yet but I'm pretty sure that they are low. I'm constantly bloated, constipated, lite headed and tired. I'm retaining water and my body is swollen. I've taken lycopodium and nux comics during the last summer but I can't remember the dosage. I'm away from home for the next month and I really need some advice. If I take lyc 30ch in what dosage should I take it? And nux vomica? Is it appropriate if I take it in between the lyc ?

Lycopodium is a deep acting remedy which should not be repeated often.
Nux Vomica is antidote of lycopodium.
I would suggest take lycopodium 200 instead of 30. You will not need another dose before 20 days if it is the correct medicine
