Headaches in temples or top of the head

Hi,
I am having for 3-4 weeks headaches. It could be in one temp!e or both, sometimes it's a band-like,sometimes behind one of the eyes, with pressure on my ears. Also I have periodically pain in the jaws left side. When I started to have headaches, I saw the vein on the left temple very pronounced and today it was visible through the whole cheek.
I would appreciate any help,

Thank you! How many times do I have to take it? My average BP is 125/75. I am checking it for 3 mos 3 times a day. It may jump up when I am stressed out.
