please help regarding periventricular leukomalacia

please help expert panel of abchomeopathy.
my son is about 5 years of age. 2 years ago a brain MRI report showed Periventricular Leokomalacia. since then we are visiting daily to a well known physiotherapist. according to him he is suffering from spastic diplegic CP. he could not walk and even sit properly two yeras back. But now he can walk of his own but not properly. heels are not touched to the ground. he bends his toes downwards tightly. there is a lot of improvement since the joing of physiotherapy. otherwise he is intelligent, grasps things easily and never forgets once he is come across or gone throgh. we have visited many doctors before but everyone insists on rehabilitation and physiotheray. i am an ardent believer in homeopathy. please suggest if on the basis of symptoms any medicine which can improve the locomotion of son. if any further information is required i will provide. please help me out the expert panel. thanks

Thanks a lot for the response dr.
_ he's 17 kg and 123 cm in height
- main problem is his walking. He has improved a lot since we started physiotherapy about 1.5 years Back. But still he is not able to walk properly. We have to accompany him side by side. Walks only on toes. Heels do not touch ground.
- teeth have cavities from the start. Even one gum had to be removed due to this.
- morning sickness. Generally weeps after waking up. And calls for only Mom.
- fears loud noises. Like cooker whistle, and any machine noise. Somewhat trumbles wheneverDoes not like to come in dark.
-physique is normal. Legs looks weak than the normal sometimes.
-he's left handed.
Maternal grand mother is normal except having cervical spondylosis. Maternal grand father is normal except having epilepsy since 9-10 years.
-paternal grand father is no more Now, but medically was fit. Paternal grand mother is medically fit.
-bowl habbits are normal.
-both parents are normal except for the problem of cervical spondylosis may be due to busy life style.
- food habbits are normal. Loves spicy food.

- delivery was normal and in time.

Please give him one dose Sulphur 30.
Do not give him anything sour to eat or drink.
Do not use more than one dose.
It will take around 6 months to set things right.
Update 4 days after medicine or earlier if needed.

Dear dr.
I have given one dose of sulphur 30 to my son. Here is one thing to tell you. He is quite sensitive. It is 20 or 25 daysthat he is having some cold. His nose oozes out that tingy cattarh/ phlegm a lot, esp. in the morning. I have not given him any allopathy meds. Plz suggest what to do? Today when his mother wiped his nose with tissue, she noticed some red color, as if it is blood. Plz help.

There is nothing special, i can tell you about medical history of parents. One thing to tell you. Muscles of the lower limbs of my son are tight, as it is in most of the similar cases. Currently physiotherapist has recommended baclofen tablets. (used to loosen Muscles) and liquid oxygen drops. As per the Research on internet, PVL is a form of white-matter brain injury, characterized by the necrosis (more often coagulation) ofwhite matternear thelateral ventricles.[1][2]It can affect newborns and (less commonly) fetuses;premature infantsare at the greatest risk of the disorder. Affected individuals generally exhibit motor control problems or other developmental delays, and they often developcerebral palsyorepilepsylater in life.
