Degenerative Disc diease

Hi,

I am 36 yrs old Male, and I have hypothyroidism, with High bp and taking allopathic medicine for both Thryonorm 50 mcg and Telmikind 80 and and I am suffering from degenerative disc disease and get lower back pain every day when I sleep on my back I get severe back pain so I sleep on both side and not on my back and if I do some phyisical work I aggreviate my pain and I work in office in front of computer by sitting long time and I get back and hip pain that goes through my leg ie sciatic nerve pain.

Please suggest treatment options available in homoepathy. I need help, Please someone help me.
