Dear Sir according to CT Scan report main problem of nose blockage is Deviated Nasal Septum.

It's DNS & post surgical changes. It will take probably a year to show improvement, if at all.

1. Why have you selected this remedy for me?
2. The day I took one dose my condition is not well. Everything is at its worst level. Why is it so?

On 18th you said that you are better, I assumed that things have started improving since then, isnt't that the case?

At the start aggravation was worst. Then I found some relief. Now for last 3, 4 days aggravation is again more. Right side of nose is totally blocked. Thats what I told you in my report that my condition is worst having 20 to 30 % more nose blockage.

Old problems like yours where a lot of allopathic treatments have already been done including surgery etc. take time to resolve.
Even more so when steroids have been used in the form of nasal sprays....
...., we will have to stop the treatment by antidoting the remedy.
For doing that, take a dose of Ipecac 200c, just one dose & report back.

Now its one month I took one dose.
I am reporting you my condition.
Within last ten days I used 3 times nasal decongestant tablets (Arinac) when the congestion was severe.
Overall I feel now nasal congestion is less.
Emotions: Feeling of happiness improved 5%
Energy level: Feeling of tiredness reduced 5%
Main health problem: Nasal blockage reduced 5%
Other health problems:
Anything new:
I observed some new symptoms.
I observed my weight loss of 3 Kg but I dont want this as I am already a skinny person. Kindly tell me how to increase weight again.
Previously at night nose blockage had been less and I felt comfortable at night while sleeping. But now also at night when I sleep nose blockage remains there and I wake up feeling not fresh
Last whole week I suffered severe abdominal pain but now its gone.
Now here summer is going on. I sweat a lot. When I drink light cold water or cold drink, nasal blockage gets severe and unbearable. But I have to use light cold water due to hot weather here. What should I do Sir??

Please consult an ENT specialist and get a diagnosis on what the problem is. He may request an xray to find out if its DNS.
Once you have the diagnosis, report back.
Without a proper diagnosis I can't prescribe.

I consulted an ENT. He referred me CT Scan. I went through my PNS CT Scan and I sent you the report. In that report I have DNS problem. You can see my report.

Regarding your nasal symptoms:
What is the nasal discharge like
Any sneezing
How is your sense of smell and taste
Does the nose feel sore inside

I have no extra nasal discharge. Mucus color is white.
I dont have any sneezing.
Sense of smell what I feel is a bit less but sense of taste is good. I feel no issue while tasting.
No. My nose does not feel sore from inside.
I feel no dryness of nose. When I took that one dose a month ago then I felt nasal dryness for about a week. Now there is no issue regarding dryness.
Right now I am writing you, my nasal congestion is feeling very less. When congestion is more I feel there is something in my nose that swells and then it blocks the nose airways. And when it shrinks I feel comfortable in breathing.
