Dr. Jk Mohla pls help, suffer from sexual weakness

From age 20 i had strong erections and i masturbated a lot.

Now i am 29 yrs old, from past 6 years i am not able to acheive hard erection during sex. Penis will be semi erect during foreplay and then it goes down before penetration. Somw times it doesnt wvwn gets erect.
i have been using cialis for sex activity since..

But it gives me headache.

I feel lethargic most of the time, without energy, if i eat heavy meal then immediately have to go to bathroom. Also having hairfall..
Kindly help, i am getting married next month
