ED headache and Hair loss baldness

Hi Sir
I am 40 years of age and I am suffering from headache form my child hood .weekly 2 to times.also from last 7 -8 months facing big problem of erectile dysfunction .
also I have major issue of hair fall and baldness

I tried lycopodium and Sanguinaria Canadensis in 30 potency 3 times 15 drops but did not worked .
my doctor suggested cledium 30 from last 3 days and I saw significant improvement about ED
pls suggest

Also last 15-17 days my Dr has given me selenium 30 which is giving some response in my ED and headache problem but hair loss is very high and not yet controlled .
So should I discontinue selenium once I start above advised medicine Terentula hisp 1 m .
Pls confirm

I had bought the medicine Terenula Hissp 1 m as advided by you .
awaiting for your response about the dosages of the same .
also pls suggest should I continue the selenium which I am taking 3 times 15 drops from last 30 days ( initially it helped in my ED problem but now from last 7 day no effect . yes but headache is controlled with this and did not notice it from last 30 days other wise earlier I was suffering once in a week .
No Effect on Hair Fall
