Left Hand Shock/Tingling running down the hands.

I had some mild electric shock kind of thing running from my left elbow down to my figures since Sept 2015. E-rays were taken, NCS was done in NMC medical and Physiotherapy was advised. After some medicines and Physiotherapy in Oct – Nov 2015 , it was ok and symptoms disappeared.
Issue reoccurred in march 2016 and this time it was more and it appears that pain is from under the shoulder blade at some angles when the neck is bent sideways to left or my head is turned diagonally upwards left and the pain is up to Elbow from behind the biceps up to elbow and from elbow, the electric shock starts down to my figures. My index figure is gone thick and feels tightly holding.
There is shocking running down and tingling and pricking running to my hands , while typing , driving or some times without these as well.
During MRI, I was made to lie flat, which I could not , it was causing pain and shock in my left hand, but had bear due to MRI of neck and Brain.
NCS and EMG were done and EEG was also done. Reports enclosed.
I cannot sleep on my left side or with a flat or low pillow. I need to sleep straight with sloped pillow and my left hand a bit lower than my neck and shoulder.
Please suggest, what would be my issue
