Looking for help with dosage and frequency

Hello, I am just starting out with homeopathy and have just ordered two remedies: Phos and Lyc. According to a test I took on homeopathy, my constitutional type is Phos. The symptoms I am trying to relieve are: Apathy, lack of emotion, inability to feel emotions, constant low energy, dull/slow thinking, difficulty speaking (always tripping on words or mumbling, jaw is tense). All of these symptoms are chronic and have been going on for at least 6 years or more.

According to the ABC Homeopathy dosage guideline, for chronic problems a dosage of 6c or 6x is recommended. So I ordered both Phos and Lyc at 6x. However, I cannot find a solid answer on how often to take the medication. I have heard answers ranging from 2-3 times per day to only take one pill for two days per week.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
