pregnant and coughing

i am 7 1/2months pregnant and am coughing badly. its a dry cough which increases at night. my tummy has started hurting so much coz of all the spasm. i have been trying home remedies like honey, ginger juice and black pepper heated together and it does give some relief. i was wondering if i can take arnica to decrease the muscle pain in my tummy. also i am not sure about the dosage so any help will be appreciated. any other remedies?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You could try Nat sul 1m -- one dose on three sucessive days .

Pepper has a bad reputation in homeopathy for its affect on the ovaries.

Bellis per 1m may be better than arnica
