Remedy for lack of confidence - socially and with women
Hi - what remedy is good for lack of confidence, particularly around other people in groups?If I try to talk to a woman I like, I have fears of being embarassed and shamed. I have fears of being treated like a lesser person - and other more "dominant / better than me" people get the ladies attention.
This causes me to act a lot smaller and lesser than I should be - and hide away/avoid social.
What remedy is good for this?
