Please Help! Lipomas all over my body

Hi,
I have been suffering from lipomas on my arms, abdomen, ribs, back and thighs from more than 5 years, around 40 lipomas in total. I took lot of herbal medication in past 2-3 years but no improvement. Lumps on arms are clearly visible and i can't wear T-shirt really embarrassing.

1. Age 28, w 67-68 kg, h 5'10", single

2. Give your food habits, from morning to evening
- I eat normally 2 times breakfast at 1pm and dinner 12 - 1am

3. Is there any acidity or other digestive trouble? Do you have a few bowel movement once or twice a day?
-Its been more then 10 years i have digestive disorders, loose stools always if i don't take isapghol or omeprazole capsul with my meals. Usually avoid spicy, fat foods. drink tea 2 times with chocholate cookies. can't live without sweet dishes. Also drink banana shake alot with less fat milk.

4.What work do you do and is there any potential chemical or other exposures known
-System engineer, usually walk around between diff. building floors, ride bike 500km/week. no chemical exposure

5. If you sit on computer, how long do you do in a day
-computer seating 9 hrs

6. How often do you use your cell phone and cordless phone
- few calls

7. Which country you live in and what is the climatic condition (rain, hot, cold) in your city

-Pakistan, Lahore. too cold in winter and too hot in summer, currently around 46-47c

8. Do you have any habit that weakens your system (frequent sex, masturbation etc)? or did you had any major illness where you were hospitalixed
- In last 3 years 2 times hospitalized due to deficiency in white / red cells and liver functions. I frequently do CBC / LFT blood tests and see frequent ups and downs in platelets / HB and white cells.

9. Other symtoms -
i- insomia, anxiety, overthinking, stress. poor memory and lack of concentration / focus
ii- White hairs more then 50%.
iii- thighs and lower legs muscle stretch / strain.
iv-deflective nasal septum -nose, i face nasal/mucus obstruction after eating spicy / oily foods and in winter. going to get this operated in few months.

Please help me get away this disease, i have consulted lot of doctors and herbal consultants, no improvement really depressed and discouraged.
In Pakistan Dr. Wilmar Schwabe medicines are available please prescribe Schwabe medicine (if possible) so i can get that easily. Please also guide what to avoid and what to adopt in my food.
