How long can I take a remedy for?

After looking on this forum, I found to take Sulphur for overactive bladder. I ordered from this website Sulphur 6X from Boiron. That bottle says if symptoms persist for more than three days to consult a doctor. I have had an overactive bladder for a while and of course it has not entirely gone away in three days, but I think the remedy has helped some already in only a few days. What I am wondering is should I keep taking the remedy for more than three days? I thought you are supposed to keep taking the remedy until symptoms go away. How long should I take the remedy? I don't want to go to the homeopath and pay money. Right now all I want to treat is the overactive bladder and the Sulphur seems to be helping with that.

Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
6x is a low potency, you can take it safely till the symptoms go away or stop responding or suddenly worsen.
