Thin semen

Hi,iam ahemad,29 yrs old. Iam unmarried, I have sex desire a lot, but never moved to some one to fulfill my desire. Instead of that I used to mastrubate twice a day by thinking of nude girls..

I have some problems regarding it.
1. Thin semen & some times it looks like it is about eject quickly.
2. Back bone pain above the hips
3. Nerves becoming weak
4. Heavy Dandruff at bald head
5. No sleep at nights. Mostly getting sleep after 2.am

Iam about get married soon in 6 months so iam feeling afraid whether I will be in problem of premature ejeculation or dysfunction.

Please help me by suggesting a remedy for this problems.. And for thick semen and for good quality and quantity of semen..
So that I can satisfy my wife without any issues..
