Reaction to Saw palmetto - Sabal Serrulatum

I took Nestmann remedy Sabal Serralutum about six months ago for 3 weeks (one bottle) to treat prostate agitation. Then last week I started a new bottle because my symptoms returned. On day six of the treatment (this past Thursday) I also took 2 doses of Gaia brand Saw Palmerto extract and had an intense reaction including insomnia, strange sex-hormone imbalance, difficulty breathing, muscle soreness, overall weird feeling. I immediately stopped both the Sabal Serralutum remedy and the actual herb but it has been 3 days and my symptoms did not go away yet. In retrospect I remember having similar symptoms back in November when I was taking the Sabal Serralutum but it was milder and I did not put it together then that it was associated with the remedy. I think I may just have an allergy to this herb or be very sensitive to the effects of an 5 alpha inhibitor. Does anyone know of a way to cleanse this from my system and restore balance?
Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Human body is extremely resilient. Stop all supplements and you should be back to normal in 2 weeks or so.

If symptoms persist after that, contact back.
