Fibromyalgia? Peripheral neuropathy

y friend is a 46 year old male with severe achy generalized pain in legs, hands, feet, back and neck. He is always in pain with no improvement with heat ot cld and no change with time of day. Very painful to move. He also has some numbness and tingling in extremities. He has seen numerous doctors, neurologits, rheumatpogists etc and run every test imaginable but all normal. Neuro thinks might have small fiber neuropathy. He was previously told might have fibromyalgia. He is also unable to sleep, cant sleep through night and wakes up restless. He has sleep apnea but trouble with the cpap. He is becoming very discouraged and running out of hope. He is on lyrica which provides some pain relief. NSAIDS and opiates do not help. Any homeopathic recommendations much aappreciated
