Warts on neck, at right side

I am 21 year old male.
I am having warts on my neck at tight side just below chin.
I am taking thuja 30, 5 drops in 30ml of water from 2 day just one dose at evening.

I feel no improvement.
Please suggest me some remedy.
Should i keep taking thuja 30 or not?
