white beard and hair at age of 28
Hello, I m ashish and my age is 28. I have many white hair in my beard as well as on head. I never tried any medicines for this. I m pure vegetarian. So please give me some remedies I m very tensd due to this. My friends told me that it is due to vitamin b12 deficiency and melenin is nt formed. Is it correct? I don't know what the reason behind this. Please help me out. I will be thankful to u.ashish58b1 on 2016-06-27
