Boosting toddler's immunity

Hi my 16 month old falls sick very often with colds etc. At the moment he is having low grade fever and sligjt dry cough when he is asleep and occasionally when awake. He is generally an active baby who doesn't gain weight so easily. I want to boost his immunity what can i give? Thank you so much.
