Help -Ignatia 30c is stopping my grief.
Help -I lost a beloved cat 4 days ago, and I was traumatized due to way she died so suddenly (a few days ago she was fine). She died after treatment at the ER vet. I was crying and feeling the grief for 3 days, but last night I took a dose of Ignatia 30c and today I can't feel the grief and I cannot cry. I need to get this grief out. How can I antidote the Ignatia 30 ?
I just had some iced coffee, and I brought Arnica 30c with me on this trip. I read that Arnica can antidote Ignatia and so can coffee. I will have coffee tomorrow AM again. Should I take a dose of Arnica 30 ? What do you recommend ? I need to feel my grief again. Need to cry.

I hope to find a health food store where I am visiting. . So far it looks like the nearest one is 40 miles away. Need to try to find it tomorrow here.

u can try arnica --but inability to cry and concerned about is more--nux also antidotal relation to ign..
what I think is nat-m will be needed after few days after nux---ignatia did do th e work --for immediate acute scen (pet death)--
if u were typically a non-crier before latest scene..nat-m even more indicated...

I do not cry regularly. but this was hard, since it was so sudden, unexpected.
i wish i had taken her to another vet.
I also wonder if she'd still be alive if i had waited til Monday. But it was a weekend and i feared she would go downhill at home. She wasn't eating, and looked dehydrated, but she wasn't dying.
I usually have time to prepare. this was a shock and a nightmare.
Yes, the Ignatia worked... I don't feel the intense grief and pain i was feeling--and the shock is better, but i wish i could cry. I feel depressed, almost numb, and exhausted from too little sleep and stress, (not related to this) for 2 years.
I hope I can find the Nux tomorrow,
and then will take Nat Mur a few days later.
I have Hylands' Bioplasma Cell Salts with me, and it contains Nat Mur 6X along with the other cell salts.
I took some today.

arnica--don't think will address scene--this is not overaction of ignatia--this is under layer --coming forth after --acute ill flair (pet death response)....
when get home--if want---write what is occurring at tht time --and we access from there..

I will take it tonite.

take the nux before bed---no eating after and no food prio 1 hour
just single dose..
stay away from alcohol,coffe,teas ,colas..caffeine scene

Well, the guy didn't call,
so I won't have the Nux til Monday.
I had another iced coffee drink today.
Will drink it tomorrow, Sun. and Mon. AM
Will report next week. after the Nux.
Trying to relax, and to imagine I'll be OK .
Not easy, but i'll get through it after i finish the grieving process.
