Headache and migrane

Hi, I am suffereing from headaches or migrane from quite few years, 40 years of age. I have been using doctors medicine from homeopath, but don't have relief from last 3 years. 2-3 reasons I have headache I know is lack of sound sleep, stress and wait. I have tried self medicine like bryonia 30 but doesent help me. Only helps me is Crocin allopathy. Please suggest some good medicine like painkiller in homeopathy.

Please take Belladonna 200 in morning and Nux Vomica 200 in evening for 15 days. One dose means 2 pills or drops.

thanks a lot, I will try that, just to add, this is kind of pain killer ? since these symptoms re-occur.
So wanted to try when there is headache and this works ?

Yes, it is a pain killer with difference. It may so happen that in the course of time that it will cure your headache.
