Acne on face and body

1. Age 24
2. Female
3. Single
4. Weight - 68kg
5. Height - 5'10

6. List of complaints
I have acne (vulgaris) on my face, especially on my jawline and neck area, my shoulders and all down my back. They are not severe, but not really mild either.
Acne on the jawline and neck developt over the last 2-3 years. I have combination skin.

7. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
For about 10 years of acne on my face, shoulders and back and 2-3 years acne on jawline and neck.

8.I am non-diabetic

9.Desire sweet/sour/salt
I usually desire sweet food but I like both salty and sour food also.

I get thirsty often, little above normal.

11.Tongue and taste
White coated tounge, taste normal

12.Blood pressure
I have lower blood pressure (than normal), especially in summer.

13.Important Question.
Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past?

More than a year ago I was prescribed by homeopath Aurum metallicum c30 then c200 for depression and anxiety. She muscle tested me for other remedies but I responded the best to Aurum. I used it for abot 3-4months and didn't use any other remedy after that.
I have not used any homeopathic remedy just for acne.

14.Educational Qualifications of the patient and nature of work?
I am student.

15.Important Question.
Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry,
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections.

My mind is overactive and restless, I always think about something even when I don't have to do anything. I get angry and irritable easily but do not show it especially to strangers. Get really impatient when I want something but other times can be patient.
I fear public speaking.
I am sometimes very confident and sometimes not at all. I get worried easily and my mood changes a lot even though I try to control it.
I am a perfectionist.

My periods are regular, last 5-7 days but not profusley.

Sleep - normal but tend to be light sleeper.
I like cool and fresh weather and dislike hot and humid.

I avoid eating milk, bread and pastry because it causes bloating and constipation.
At this moment I can't afford to go to homeopath I went before so I would appreciate help!

Do I take Berberis Aquifolium or use topically ? And how many times a day ? I have never used tinctures so I am not sure.
I am going to take remedies as soon as I get them and report! Thank you for help!
