gastritis and chronic constipation

male , single, 62 weight, india, height 5,7, climate-hot now
complaints- bulging of veins above navel and pain too, constipation,felt heaviness in left side of stomach, can not digest milk.
complaint last 3 years
non diabetic, no desire, tongue normal and taste too.normal blood pressure.
i am having anti acid medicine now
and student
hurry mind behavior
yellow stool, urine normal,
in my endoscopy its shows small hiatus hernia and redness in stomach
constipation had big effect on my health and i had gastritis course two week through antibiotic and doc said i have cured gastritis but i do not why still constipation left

hi SIR i took above medicine and felt better, nowadays i bought a homeopathy book.after reading it i am taking three medicine
n.v 200 ch 5 drops in night,
sulphur 200ch 8 drops in mng empty stomach
opium 200 ch 10 drops in afternoon ad it helping me a lot
i want to know are these safe to be taken for long time or there is duration for them
