High cholestrol Level

I am facing the problem of high cholestrole for last three years and I am 31 years old now. I controlled food, doing exrcise atleast 5 days in a week, still it is inthe range of 200-275. I tried curcumalonga for long, but no result. Please help me. I am ot interested to start alopathic medicines

please do some exercise and reduce the fat and oil and take our crataegus ox 3x 10 drops thrice in a day it will continue for the long period.
