Rishimba and Fitness : Please help

Hi,

I am a female(31 years)posting this post from my relative account on ABC forum.

Problem:-
Ten days back due to continuous hard stool got pain and little blood while passing stool. Then I have used stool softener named as 'cremafin' and ointment gel as 'lignocaine hydrochloride gel IP 2%'

Got relief within 3 days, but today again due to hard stool, got the same pain in Anal area which was gone since 5 days.

Please help.

The most important thing you need to check is what you eat.
Make sure your diet contains a lot of fibre, simple fruit like banana's and plenty of water.
