Symptoms are changing.
From 3 days some times I am feeling heavy pain on Scrotum(testicles), some time start on afternoon and some times on evening. And also due to pain some times feeling heaviness & swelling on it.
I also forgot to tell you that in past time before marriage when I was indulging more on sexual thoughts(many hours watching porn, and making sexual story in mind to do masturbation) on that time some times due to sexual passion I was feeling pain & swelling on Scrotum like this,so I overcame from this pain after masturbation.
In these days I am not doing sexual intercourse becoz my wife gave birth a baby and she is in his parents home, and I also not doing masturbation. But I am strongly feeling to watch porn and to do masturbation. Daily in Night to morning I feel great sexual passion and erection. Some times hotness and itch on scrotum, mostly when take egg etc. And also watching girls on street and some times follow them. Transparent fluid come when arouse.
But feeling good (hardness in penis), and easily motion(stool) clear in morning.
Plz advise.

I am taking pulsatila 200 and today is 3rd day. Scrotum pain little bit diminish. Should I do any precaution and avoid eating any thing while taking this medicine to get effective response?

Mr. Murthy, From last 4 days I was suffering from heavy nasal catarrh. And pain in forehead from the night of 2nd Nov, increasing in a moment and decrease in second moment, from today little bit feeling better and nasal catarrh is also relieving. I think this is the effect of medicine. Itch on Scrotum and penis some times but chronic and some pimples grown on my cheeks.
Some more summery - I was also suffering from gynaecomastia and still it is same but now I am habitual. I do not remove my upper cloth in front of others except my wife. If any one identify and ask me then I feel nervousness.
Actually as I remember every thing was normal but in the age of 9 or 10, due to pain on my stomach I was lay down on bed and due to pressure in front side some sensation took place inside the penis and I was start rubbing to get more enjoyment and slowly I indulge in the bad habit of masturbation through lay down and rub it. On that time I was unknown about sex and also was not attract towards opposite sex.
Time passes and slowly I start attract towards opposite sex due to television and start masturbation. And in the year 1999 I was start indulging more in sex(watching t.v, photos on news paper, thinking abt sex, making story in mind when do masturbation), Itch on scrotum was also on that time, due to rubbing mostly I got little wounds on scrotum.
In the year 2000 I was feeling weakness and slowly my chest is increasing and also feel pain in it. And one day I did masturbation but erection was not hard and sperm also came out water type in small quantity and felt heavy vertigo with more weakness like I was become impotent and I became depressed.
Due to gynaecomastia I was avoided meeting with people and going any where with out very necessary. Mostly I was stick at home. I start taking Ayurvadic medicines. When my father seen all these then he shown me to doctor, doctor gave me English medicines, vitamins etc. I gain more weight become flabby but feel fatigue, the weight was approx. 65 kg and 36" waist. Then I start dieting to remove fat from my chest. But it did not work, my weight was decreasing and now it is approx. 50 kg, height 5.6".
Gynaecomastia is still there but no pain in chest. 2 year before got lump in neck, which I told you before. Now I am working and meeting with people. After sepia, acid flour, I gain confidence level. But premature ejaculation is there and itch on scrotum. What abt graphitis? I have listen abt this medicine but never use this before. Is this better for me? Also hard music makes me emotional, it wffect on my heart and I like to weep.

This time no medicine. From yesterday headache cured but still nasal catarrh.
I want to clarify that "hard music makes me emotional" means I filled with enthusiasm and some times I like to weep.

Got it. We have to choose medicine based on totality, not on a particular symptom. It is good to tell about all symptoms, but don't expect a remedy that matches a particular symptom alone.
Don't do anything now. The catarrah too will subside in a day or two. This pop a pill culture for every small problem is killing the immunity of people. Give a chance to the natural immune system to fight it out.
Come back after three days. Meanwhile no medicine.

I took 3 doses of petroleum 200 on 28, 29, 30 Oct.
This time I notice that increase in the time duration of intercourse.
But some times violent itch on scrotum and penis.
My one of the main problem was that my mind was not stop or quite, it was continuously doing unusual thinking or self talking, now feeling better in this also. Confidence level also increasing.
Still a little bit nasal catarrh and mucus is coming.
Some more symptoms:
Clay type stool is my old problem and find difficult on clear motion at morning(stool is soft but stick in anus). When I take banana, Guava & Pomegranate(their small seeds stick inside the bowels or anal) constipation occurs.
From the childhood I feel difficult to breath in smoke and in pollution, feel vertigo and low blood pressure when come in contact of smoke on long duration in traveling.
when I was in fifth class I was suffering from swelling or tumor in liver, so doctor advised not to take fatty food and I took approx. 3 months English medicine and cured. Before Sepia and after platina homeopathic doctor given me many doses of Lyco 1 M.

Premature ejaculation is little bit improved. At the time of intercourse i start for 6 second and stop and continue like this to increase time, but feel a lot improvement in comprasion with before.
Itch is some times voilent.
Find difficult to clear motion in morning due to this fell lazyness, sticky type stool, mostly 11 AM or in evening go for motion but not fully clear.
From 2-3 months i am noticing some infection on my skin, plz see attached pics which i am sharing. I think this is Urticaria. Some times it removed and some time increase. It is on face, back of the neck, both knee etc.

3 months before i was feeling little bit hard and dead skin near ears and back of the ears and it slowly increased. 3-4 months before i took cupping(hijama) from professional doctor, and after cupping i start feeling this infection or alergy on both sides of my eyes, and after that on back of the neck and after that on both knee.

Ok. Can i take zandu pancharishta, digestive tonic to correct digestive system? Actually too much problem regarding constipation and sticky stool. Whole day not feeling freshness.

From today morning I am taking 1st dose of petroleum 200 on empty stomach. Should I do any precaution and avoid eating any thing while taking this medicine to get effective response? zandu pancharishta is an ayurvadic madicine(digestive tonic).will this not antidote the petroleum?
